Passion for Being Noticed 12/22/10

My music is something that means more to me then almost anything in the world. When I play guitar, drums, or when I sing, it makes me feel free. It makes me feel like I don't have a care in the world but playing music for the rest of my life. Right now I make music covers and put them on youtube. (http://www.youtube.com/user/tbone860?feature=mhum) I do this because I want people to know that I care about music and I want to be playing music forever. As I get older it gets harder to get things together and make a band, but no matter what I find the time to play or listen to music everyday. Even if it's just driving somewhere in a car and singing so loud that my throat gets sore and I can't do it anymore. I enjoy music and would love to keep playing for the rest of life and no one can ever change that.

This weekend I was planning on hanging out with friends last weekend but we had the big blizzard. I was snowed in at my house being bored out of my mind. I decided I was going to make some vocal covers. I like to make them but I really don't like how they turn out. I guess its not for me its for my viewers out in the youtube world.

This weekend I went to a concert at the BVU College in storm lake. It was a concert sponsored by KBVU The Edge. There were five bands that were playing for a 350$ check, and a spot in edgefest. Edgefest is a big deal they have every April or May. I had fun going to this concert and learned alot about how people act on stage.

Well "Our Fake Forever" is my band so I decided to make this blog about my music and what I have done with it. This weekend I recorded full songs by using garageband on my Macbook. I recorded one called, "Fall For You, and one called "Nothing's Forever.
